From checked in to the boarding of the Airbus 320, it was an great experience. The check in was smooth. The ground staff greeted each passenger with a warm smile, irrespective of the class they are flying. They took care of each passengers request about seat preference with whatever the resources they have.
On boarding the plane the cabin crew greeted with smile and escorted passengers to their respective seats. All the passengers were provided cold water bottles. The commander of the flight was in great command during the flight and was interacted with passengers regularly to update them on whether conditions etc. Cabin crew was superb and was at par with international carrier’s crew. Overall a great experience. Vistara is going to rule Indian skies soon!
