Indigo airlines is the most sought after airlines, due to its on time performance and connectivity with most of the cities in India and some countries abroad. After reviewing many leading airlines of the world, it is the time to review all the major sectors of Indigo.
There were around 36 counters and all were jam packed and properly handled by , one of the most efficient ground staff. Despite good no of passengers, lined up for their check in, it was very quick and smooth process. There are many automatic web check in and boarding card printing machines were also functional, for the passengers, who are carrying hand bags only . Excellent management.
The boarding was on time and well before the departure time, all passengers were in the aircraft, thanks to well timed operations of each of the unit of Indigo airlines. The passengers were greeted and guided to their seats, with utmost warmth and care. The plane was piloted by Ms. Divya Dilip. Salute to women power and a motivational factor, for all the young girls to achieve greater professional heights.
The on board refreshment sales was quick and smooth. The cabin crew looked after the passengers, very well. The lead cabin attendant Ms. Sonal Nair was excellent and leading her team cabin crew was worth praising. The flight was smooth, comfortable and relaxing. The co-pilot was regularly updated the passengers, with latest information about the speed, height and time left for destination. The landing was perfect, no jerk or screeching halt. It was on time arrival at the Bangalore airport.
