As usual check in at Delhi & Mumbai was smooth & seamless, despite long queues. Many counters were operational. Jet ground staff works like well-oiled machinery. Best professional. They looked after the need and assistance of each passengers. The JET is flying one of the biggest plane in this sector Airbus 330-300, whivh is wide bodied, excellent aircraft , can accommodate more than 250 passengers to 400 passengers, depending upon the seating configuration. One of the best in domestic circuit. The economy class has ample leg space with 2 alleys. Many lavatories for the comfort of the passengers. The cabin crew was fantastic and they guided each passengers to their respective seat with smile. The flight took off within the schedule time. The cabin crew (from Delhi to Mumbai) led by a very experienced cabin in charge Mr. Abhishek, led one of the finest cabin crew , who assisted the passengers very well. The breakfast service eas quick and the clearance of the trays, even quicker.

Same is the case with cabin crew (Mumbai to Delhi) led by ever smiling Ms. Priyanka, who provided excellent in flight services and looked after passengers very well. The snack were served hot and quickly and attended the different food requests with professional ease. The passengers were happy to fly JET. The touch downs were smooth. JET airways truly the leading airlines of the world. Congratulations to JET for 25 years of nonstop flying.
