Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), The national flag carrier, has won the 2019’s ‘Most Popular Airlines Award’ and its CEO Mr. Madan Kharel has won “Airline CEO of the Year “ at an impressive award presentation ceremony organized by Team ACBA at Soaltee Crowne Plaza hotel, Kathmandu Nepal on 17^th Dec 2019. Team ACBAs chief Mr. Tps Grrover, presented these awards.

The Association prepared video clips of several kinds services given by the NAC during its international flights and the award was decided on the basis of public votes, according to NAC. These awards were decided to be presented to NAC, being based on comments by over 450 Team ACBAs airlines bloggers, commentators, passengers and aviation journalists.

Airlines companies employees’ and crew members’ treatment towards passengers, air service, quality of food served during flight, entertainment factor, service safety, seat quality and price are among the standard for the award selection.

Prior to this, Thai Air and Fin Air bagged the award.
