Domestic tourism is back to Kashmir and happy tourists faces are everywhere hence greater no flights to Srinagar from many parts of India. Srinagar airport is packed with passengers and the airport terminal requires expansion of its building and more facilities. Air Asia is leading the pack at Srinagar airport in terms of providing best of services to passengers in terms of quick issuance of boarding cards and excess baggage issues with humane consideration. They regularly update passengers in the waiting lounge about the status of flight arrival and other boarding procedure. The boarding started on time and cabin crew attended passengers very well and also took care of sensitization SOP’s . During flight food was served quickly and tray clearance was also very fast and smooth. Passengers seemed very relaxed and happy. The touchdown at T3 IGIA was perfect and on time. No wonder Air Asia is becoming the popular choice of passengers.

Special Note: The one of the main reason for the rising popularity of AIR ASIA is that each of its employee is putting their heart and soul for providing of best services and best of flying experience for the passengers. Mr. Shaikh Fazal , Head-ground operations-Srinagar airport is the shining example. Always wears his smile while interacting with staff or listening to passengers. Best aviation professional and great human being. The entire team of Air Asia@Srinagar airport is excellent. At T3 IGIA airport Air Asia team is winning passengers hearts with their dedication and services for their passengers led by Mr. Aditya Singh, Sunny Chopra, Himanshi, Megha, Amit Kumar and many others like porters, runners etc

Last but not the least Kudos to Mr. Sunil Bhaskaran for inculcating and infusing such a positive energy into Air Asia with his remarkable leadership, team spirit and never say die approach towards the growth of Air Asia India.
