AirAsia airlines is undoubtedly India’s leading airline , connecting many more places than ever before in India and abroad. Its ground team and cabin crew are doing a fantastic job providing fantastic services to its passengers. Smooth check in, very well behaved ground staff, professional crew and most experienced cockpit. On time services, suitable connections and nice young planes except few. Overall a satisfying  flying experience. Special mention of AirAsia ground staff@T3 IGIA for their exceptionally smooth ground handling, quick check-ins and great concern for customer comfort and queries/ clarifications. Worth mentioning names are: Prateek, Anjali, Manas & others.

Amazing ground staff at NSCB airport Kolkata. Very friendly, smooth check in, helpful attitude. Staff at check in counters and at gates were thorough aviation professionals. Keeping the IndiGo flag, led by Prabhjot, Satej, Sahil, Madhurima, Priyanka, Andrila & others. The cabin crew was very helpful, pleasing and attended to passengers’ requests with grace and smile. Although there was a minor issue in the plane aux power supply and AC wasn’t working but once it was airborne everything sorted out. Quick food service and clearance. Best crew led by Ms. Vailankanni, Ms. Sanjana, Sayanti & Kalpana. Touch down was perfect and quick baggage retrieval. Overall a great experience.

Delhi-Kochi-Delhi sectors review:

The review was conducted on Delhi-Kochi on 25^th August 2022 and Kochi-Delhi on 26^th August on I5 549 & I5 550 respectively. The ground staff at T3 Delhi & Kochi airports was very  professional and dedicated to passengers’ comforts & needs. Check in was quick, lines clearly marked and boarding smooth. On Time performance & baggage handling was superb. During both flights the cabin crew was the best and were treated well during long journeys, with grace , smile and ease.

Team ACA president Mr. Tps Grrover reviewed SpiceJet’s Delhi-Ahmedabad-Delhi sectors on 22^nd/23^rd June and was so impressed by the truly world class flying experience. The spiceJet is India’s most popular & trusted airline due to its approach towards making passengers happy and relaxed. The check in counters at T1 Delhi & Ahmedabad are  manned by genuine professionals who are taking very little time in checking in related formalities like board card and baggage handling. Even the person who was attending self check-in machines is so kind to passengers who are not able to print their boarding cards. The cabin crew of spicejet is the finest example of cabin management like guiding passengers, food service and clearance; reminders about wearing masks with politeness and warmth. The captains of the flights were so professional that the touchdown was perfect and also flying between monsoon clouds with ease without much turbulence. Baggage handling on time.
