Jet Airways occupies central spot in the airport. The airlines has just four counters but can use another one, in case of rush of passengers, which is always there. The staff at check in counters were quick to attend to all passengers, in no time. No complaints from any passengers. Apart from check in counters staff, other staffers in full attendance, led by Station manager, Mr. Kulkarni, who is the one of the best airline professional I have interacted with.

Boarding started at the right time and passengers were guided to their marked seats , with professional ease and comfort. Water offered, without asking for it. Flight took off, at the right time and as soon as seat belt sign switched off, the cabin crew, led by very efficient Ms. Bindu, started dinner service. Overall best experience. Good professional crew and top class airport service. The highlight of this journey was the warm welcome by Ms. Sheetal & Ms. Priti, from guest relations team, at Delhi airport. Both are very professional and are quite an asset for JET. Thanks.

This 5th May, Jet Airways celebrated its 23rd anniversary. What a journey and what a success. Congratulations To Mr. Naresh Goyal, Chairman; entire management; staff and guests, for this great occasion.
As we say that behind success of any man, is woman and it is very much applicable for JET. Behind success of Jet Airways, is the Women power. My great salute to all the young women , who are working day in day out, in each and every department of this aviation industry, be it Directors; Pilots; Co-pilots; cabin crew; ground staff; guest relations departments or working in Jet’s offices, all around the globe. These women of substance, not only excel in their respective professional fields but also managing their personal/ family lives, magnificently.

I reached Bangalore , right in time, as there is a new guidelines, for reporting to airport 120 minutes, prior to the departure. The Bangalore airport is a huge one. Jet Airways ground staff has large no of personals , as there are more than 12 fully operational check in counters, to facilitate the passengers.
Check in was quick. Staff at the Bangalore airport , is probably one of the best. Boarding was on time and was through aero bridge. Aircraft was very clean and the entire crew was in attendance. They started attending to the guests, even before the plane door closed, like giving water etc.
The flight was smooth and entire crew was excellent. The cabin crew incharge, Ms. Priyanka was superb and is a role model, on how to interact with passengers and taking care of their comfort. Food was good, needs some improvement.
Overall a great flying experience.

Mumbai-Delhi sector review

Dear travelers , good news that JET Airways is flying from Mumbai, from newly opened swanky new terminal, at par with international standards. Hugh terminal, with great amenities and a feel goof factor. Congrats to AAI.
In this new terminal, JET Airways has no. of terminals and open offices for various department of the airlines, necessary to be present for the passengers need; requirement; facilitation etc.
The check in was smooth, perfect example of facilitating passengers, in time and with a warmth smile . Security clearance was done in no time. There were two monitors for baggage check. One for the security personal and other was for the benefit of passengers, so that see for themselves, what is in their baggage. Great innovation.
Flight was in time. Boarding was complete in no time and it was on time. The cabin crew led by Ms. Yasmeen. The crew was doing their duty , as per the aviation standards but somehow smile and warmth was missing, as if there are some hints of lethargy. Food good, Each passenger was attended properly. Captain was interacting regularly. Perfect
But in this report I want to thank, the entire Guest Relations department , of JET AIRWAYS, at the Mumbai Terminal 2, for their world class services extended to passengers,, is truly amazing. They are the truly an asset for the JET Airways .
Team ACBA has decided to confer the “Best Guest Relations Award” to the Jet Airways-Mumbai. Congratulations. (The details of the award ceremony, will be shared soon)

Hyderabad Airport: The scene at the check in counters was friendly and lively. The ground staff were attending the passengers with ease and with professional expertise. One of the best ground staff. Helping passengers, with request for wheel chairs; special assistance and also allotting seats as per their preferences, keeping in view the permissible seating plan. They were properly guiding passengers about the boarding time; gate etc.
As soon I entered the plane, greeted by Mr. Vijay Raghvan, cabin crew supervisor, again with most infectious smile. Not only me , he along with entire crew was very good and perfect example of “How to greet passengers”. Smooth flight; great food; piping hot tea and what else you want. I want to mention here, that touchdown was the most perfect and Commander S S Chahal , hats off to you.

Delhi Airport: As usual, there was huge queue of passengers, at the JET Airways counters, waiting for their check in. The entire check in staff was expediently clearing the passengers with ease and comfort and that too in really quick time. Due to morning rush hours, the entire team of Jet airways was present there to make sure the entire operations are conducted smoothly. The Duty Manager, Mr. Ashwini Gaind was personally supervising the each and every counter and directing his colleagues, to make sure , the comfort of each passenger. Hats off to Mr. Ashwini. The person like him are the real hero’s of any successful organization.
During the flight, everything went smoothly, right from directing passengers to their seats, helping them to stow their baggage’s, to attend to their needs. The breakfast service was very quick and within no time piping hot meal served. Excellent cabin crew and perfect hospitality and interaction with passengers , were top class. Flight was on time reached Hyderabad on time. Mr. Vijay Raghavan ,the cabin crew incharge and his entire team be applauded for their perfect service , with warmth and smile.

Pune-Delhi sector

As you are aware that I have covered many airlines and reviewed many sectors and above all observed staff of each airlines , very closely, right from the porter to the Station manager and the cabin crew and up to the staff at the arrival destination, guiding passengers for the baggage claim. During this review of Pune-Delhi sector, one person who stand out with his impeccable service and helpful attitude towards passengers, is Mr. Santosh, the Duty manager at the Pune airport. What a great asset to the Spicejet. The people like him are upholding the flag high of SpiceJet.
The staff at the check in counters were quick; helpful and despite some long queue, were great. Need to mention one lady from Spicejet security/ surveillance team. She was keeping an eye on each and every passenger was perfect example of commitment towards the assigned job. Before the boarding gate , there was great rush of passengers as 3 flights of spicejet were about to board. Despite all this pressure and great rush Mr. Santosh , stood out as the brilliant manager. Congratulations to the management and him.
On time boarding and passengers were guided to their seats with warmth smile and helpful attitude. The Cabin crew again led Ms. Bhumika. Who is brilliant and exudes confidence and with no nonsense attitude. Great work.

Spicejet
Delhi- Pune sector

After covering and reviewing various sectors of various airlines, this is the time to review various sectors of Spicejet. The management of Spicejet should be applauded for providing excellent air services to the passengers, through its wide connectivity all across and selected routes , abroad. During my interaction with airlines staff, I realized that each employee is contributing, whole heartedly , and feel proud to be associated with ever growing Spicejet.
The staff at the check in counters was very quick and . They were attending to all passengers well and the duty manger , was personally supervising the whole operations with great calm and ease, taking due care of parents with young children and aged persons. The flight was delayed by 2 hours due to some technical problem at Ahmedabad. And obviously there was some complaints from passengers . Anyways the staff at the check in counters and gates were helpful enough to tell about the reasons, for the delay.
During the entire flight, the cabin crew was superb and classic example of interacting with passengers. The each passenger was attended to and food service was good ; quick and spot on. The cabin crew was ably led Ms. Bhumika. She was taking care of the passengers and also helping other crew members, in discharging their duties. She really deserve an international posting.
Overall a great experience
