The scene at spicejet counters @ T2 airport Delhi was professional like. Well organized queues of passengers, waiting for their check in, Many staffers were around to guide them. Check in quick and seamless. Excellent management. Passengers were told about their respective gates. Ours was gate no: 21 in the ground floor. At the right time gates for opened for boarding and headed towards aircraft. The  gates were very well managed by Mr. .The flight was smooth except turbulence for some period due to ongoing monsoon season. The entire cabin crew led by Gaurav Rai , was perfect and taking care of passengers need and comfort very well. Another before time landing at Goa. The luggage arrived in no time.

The return journey from Gao’s Dabolim airport. Many passengers faced difficulty in reaching airport due to flash strike by local taxi operators. Although is a small airport and over crowded at times. The spicjet ground staff was handling the passengers very well by many no of counters. Each counter was manned by thorough professionals, who understand passengers needs. Special mention of Duty manager Mr. Vincent, who is serving Spicejet for the last one decade or so. Perfect gentlemen and thorough airline professional. During our reviews of many sectors of Spicejet, come across and met many employees of Spicejet, working for the company since its inception, shows how Spicejet cares for its employees and hence employees take care of passengers. Another prime example is Mr. Sumant Rautela, one of the senior officer and a great airline professional.

Check in was smooth. Cabin crew very good. Very firm for aviation rules but  polite. Food was excellent. Most of the time seat belt sign was on due to turbulence but commandeered exceptionally well by Captain Monika Batra. Touch down at Delhi airport perfect.

Kind attention :

Mr. Ajay Singh , Chairman SpiceJet

During our airlines reviews, all across, we have noticed that Spicejet is growing and winning lot of new passengers and becoming loyal Spicejetters. Team ACBA would like to promote SPICEBIZ class, hence coordinate and arrange for the review  of the same, for our Chief Airline Reviewer/ Bloggers/ Auditor & social media influencer Mr. Tps Grrover, as per your convenient sector/s.
