Ground Staff: The ground staff T3 Delhi airport is very courteous; prompt and handles the rush of passengers with professional ease and quickly. There are many customer executive around to guide passengers towards their respective check in counters. The ground staff was in full swing to attend to passengers need like special assistance; web check in etc. The duty in charge Ms. Sheetal was going from one counter to another , to ensure that boarding cards are issued well in time, keeping in view the specific requests from the passengers and also interacting with passengers. Great management skills.
Cabin Crew: The cabin crew was perfect and were attending and guiding the passengers well. They were also helping , on their own, the senior citizens and children. Even serve water, before the take off, which is not quite often the case. The breakfast service was smooth and food was tasty. The tea/ coffee was not piping hot . The flight supervisor was personally looking after the passengers and interacting with them.
Flight: the flight was on time and landed at Mumbai, on time. It was smooth flight with very little turbulence. The co-pilot was regularly updating passengers with flight details. The touch down was smooth and taxied to the aero bridge, in no time.

Ground staff: The ground staff at the Mumbai’s T2 terminal has always been a shining example of professionalism; hospitality and looking after the passengers. Despite many counters and many passengers, the JET staff, be it porters; passengers assistants; check in counters personnel’s etc. are always put priority on passengers ease and comfort. The check in was quick and guided us towards the gate. Some passengers were provided porters and wheel chairs, within no time of their request. The Guest relations department, led by Ms. Maya, is one of the best in the country. She is there all the time, looking after the passengers need and helping guest relations. Special mention to Ms. Mansi, for showing great professional commitment, to the passengers, in helping them during their pre boarding queries or requests.
Cabin Crew: The crew, one of the finest led by Ms. Priyanka and others, assisting the passengers and helping them with stowing of their extra luggage (which is always the case) in the overhead bins. The dinner service was on as soon as the plane reached comfortable flight path. The service was quick and tea/ coffee was piping hot. One of the fellow passengers was facing some health issues, during the flight and the cabin crew attended to him very well. She was constantly monitoring him till the time he felt comfortable. Great work.
Flight : The flight was smooth with no air turbulence at all. The Co-pilot was a young lady and she was regularly updating the passengers, on PA system, with confident voice. Hats off to the women power. The touch down was smooth. The baggage arrived in no time.
Delhi-Kolkata-Delhi sector
The Spice jet has been, one of the favourite airlines of airlines passengers, since long. Spicejet is known for its:

Team HCBA reviewed its Delhi-Kolkata-Delhi sectors, on 19th August( Delhi-Kolkata) & 20th August (Kolkata) 2017. The Spicejet team at Delhi airport was very passenger friendly and quick to issue boarding cards, despite long queue of passengers. The cabin crew was very professional and attending to passengers comfort. On time arrival at Kolkata.

Kolkata to Delhi @ Kolkata Airport
During return flight, at Kolkata airport, the ground staff was most un professional in handling the passengers and regulating the boarding gate, which resulted in total chaos at the aero bridge, while boarding the aircraft. However the cabin crew was perfect , in attending the passengers and the touch down at Delhi airport was delayed by 30 minutes due to some technical security reasons.
Overall a satisfying review except chaos at aero bridge due mismanagement of the ground staff.

Jet Airways occupies central spot in the T3 Indira Gandhi International airport, Delhi. The airlines has around 32 counters, to smoothly meet the rush of passengers, which is always there. The staff at check in counters were quick to attend to all passengers, in no time. No complaints from any passengers. Apart from check in counters staff, other staffers in full attendance. The ground staff worked like well oiled machinery and well rehearsed professionals.
Boarding started at the right time and passengers were guided to their marked seats , with professional ease and comfort. Water offered, without asking for it. Flight took off, at the right time and as soon as seat belt sign switched off, the cabin crew, led by very efficient Ms. Priyanka, started breakfast service. Touch town was perfect and cabin handling was good. Overall best experience. Good professional crew and top class airport service.

It’s the time to review Bangalore-Delhi sector review of Indigo. The Indigo counters are occupying the centre stage in the Bangalore airport, thanks to its growing popularity among passengers. There were around 15 or so counters, handling passengers, with check in and respective services. The whole operations, were monitored by the seniors officers of the airlines and most heartening to see the security staff was also present. There were enough indicator placards, to show the way in for check ; special assistance; premium check in etc.
Good to see a very seasoned professional like Mr. Saptrishi, overseeing the operations. The boarding was on time and passengers were comfortably placed in their respective seats. Each was greeted by the cabin attendances, with smile and warmth. The water was served , for all the passengers , before the take off. The take off was smooth and within few minutes into the air, seat belt on sign was switched off. As a set procedures, passengers with pre booked meal were attended first and later other passengers were attended, for the food & refreshments requirements. It was very professional on board services and within no time each passenger, was attended. Excellent. The cabin crew was very good and it was good to see, a cabin crew telling a first time passenger, with how to lock/ unlock the lavatory door.
The landing at the Delhi airport was delayed by at least 15/20 minutes, due to VIP air traffic movement. However the landing was smooth. The passengers were informed about the belt no, for the collection of their baggage, as soon as the aircraft halted. Great coordination.
The lead cabin in charge, Ms. Prajakta, was the perfect example of cabin crew professional expertise and should be considered for international sectors. Great going.

Indigo airlines is the most sought after airlines, due to its on time performance and connectivity with most of the cities in India and some countries abroad. After reviewing many leading airlines of the world, it is the time to review all the major sectors of Indigo.
There were around 36 counters and all were jam packed and properly handled by , one of the most efficient ground staff. Despite good no of passengers, lined up for their check in, it was very quick and smooth process. There are many automatic web check in and boarding card printing machines were also functional, for the passengers, who are carrying hand bags only . Excellent management.
The boarding was on time and well before the departure time, all passengers were in the aircraft, thanks to well timed operations of each of the unit of Indigo airlines. The passengers were greeted and guided to their seats, with utmost warmth and care. The plane was piloted by Ms. Divya Dilip. Salute to women power and a motivational factor, for all the young girls to achieve greater professional heights.
The on board refreshment sales was quick and smooth. The cabin crew looked after the passengers, very well. The lead cabin attendant Ms. Sonal Nair was excellent and leading her team cabin crew was worth praising. The flight was smooth, comfortable and relaxing. The co-pilot was regularly updated the passengers, with latest information about the speed, height and time left for destination. The landing was perfect, no jerk or screeching halt. It was on time arrival at the Bangalore airport.
