Jet Airways occupies central spot in the airport. The airlines has just four counters but can use another one, in case of rush of passengers, which is always there. The staff at check in counters were quick to attend to all passengers, in no time. No complaints from any passengers. Apart from check in counters staff, other staffers in full attendance, led by Station manager, Mr. Kulkarni, who is the one of the best airline professional I have interacted with.

Boarding started at the right time and passengers were guided to their marked seats , with professional ease and comfort. Water offered, without asking for it. Flight took off, at the right time and as soon as seat belt sign switched off, the cabin crew, led by very efficient Ms. Bindu, started dinner service. Overall best experience. Good professional crew and top class airport service. The highlight of this journey was the warm welcome by Ms. Sheetal & Ms. Priti, from guest relations team, at Delhi airport. Both are very professional and are quite an asset for JET. Thanks.

Delhi-Mumbai sector review

The counters of JET airways, at Delhi airport, were jam packed and were long queue of passengers, waiting for their boarding cards and check in services. Within few minutes , each and every passenger was attended to, with utmost professional manner and ease. The ground staff at the Delhi airport was professional; cordial and were making sure that no passenger was attended properly, check in was quick and the staff at these counters were superb, included the porters also.
After the smooth check in getting the boarding pass, got the bad news of flight delauy , due “TECHNICAL REASONS”. The flight got eventually took off , right after 2 hours of delay and many of the passengers were lamenting about it.
The cabin crew led Cabin supervisor Mr. Ateet, was at its best to welcome each and every passengers, along with entire crew. Each cabin crew member was cordial and was helping passengers by directing them to their respective seats and also helping them in stowing their luggage in the overhead compartment. In flight service was good. Food service very efficient and food quality excellent. Tea/ Coffee were piping hot. Great.
The entire staff JET Airways, at the IGIA airport was superb; extremely professional and were feeling pride in helping passengers.

SPICEJET Airlines
Mumbai-Delhi Sector

Of late, getting lot of requests from our Indian & International travelers, to review the SPICEJET airlines and to present & share the true flight experience, first hand.
I took Mumbai-Delhi, flight from Mumbai. The flight got delayed by 40 minutes due some technical reasons and also there was lot of chaos due to cancellation of some other flight of SpiceJet but the Ground staff at the Mumbai-domestic airport, led Ms. Azmat (the duty manager) was managing the entire operations with ease and professional expertise.
Check in was smooth. The aircraft was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. SpiceJet always focus on being #1 in terms of on time performance. Excellent behavior of the cabin crew.
Flight was smooth. The co-pilot was regularly interacted with passengers, through PA system,. The touchdown at Delhi airport perfect and baggage handling perfect. Overall a great experience.

EMIRATES AIRLINES: Round Trip DELHI-DUBAI-DELHI (11th to 15th May 2015)
I like Emirates Airlines, because they provide many destinations around the world and understand customer situation. Emirates Airlines is one of the best airline companies, I travelled with it several times and my last flight was the last month and I recommend everyone to try it as it is very nice airline and you’ll feel comfort even if you in the economy class.
First starting with the ground staffs who were very helpful, both at New Delhi & Dubai airports, and things got better when I got upgraded to Business class. On board the crew was very nice and so attentive to details. Calling you by name is something that I loved and made me more comfortable on board. The seat that turns into a fully flat bed is something i really needed and enjoyed during the flight. The food was good and very well presented plus served with a smile The in flight meals were nice, tasty & up to international standard. The in flight entertainment system was excellent. It was one of the best I have ever seen and I have flown a lot. Baggage handling excellent.
