Ground Staff: The ground staff T3 Delhi airport is very courteous; prompt and handles the rush of passengers with professional ease and quickly. There are many customer executive around to guide passengers towards their respective check in counters. The ground staff was in full swing to attend to passengers need like special assistance; web check in etc. The duty in charge Ms. Sheetal was going from one counter to another , to ensure that boarding cards are issued well in time, keeping in view the specific requests from the passengers and also interacting with passengers. Great management skills.
Cabin Crew: The cabin crew was perfect and were attending and guiding the passengers well. They were also helping , on their own, the senior citizens and children. Even serve water, before the take off, which is not quite often the case. The breakfast service was smooth and food was tasty. The tea/ coffee was not piping hot . The flight supervisor was personally looking after the passengers and interacting with them.
Flight: the flight was on time and landed at Mumbai, on time. It was smooth flight with very little turbulence. The co-pilot was regularly updating passengers with flight details. The touch down was smooth and taxied to the aero bridge, in no time.

Ground staff: The ground staff at the Mumbai’s T2 terminal has always been a shining example of professionalism; hospitality and looking after the passengers. Despite many counters and many passengers, the JET staff, be it porters; passengers assistants; check in counters personnel’s etc. are always put priority on passengers ease and comfort. The check in was quick and guided us towards the gate. Some passengers were provided porters and wheel chairs, within no time of their request. The Guest relations department, led by Ms. Maya, is one of the best in the country. She is there all the time, looking after the passengers need and helping guest relations. Special mention to Ms. Mansi, for showing great professional commitment, to the passengers, in helping them during their pre boarding queries or requests.
Cabin Crew: The crew, one of the finest led by Ms. Priyanka and others, assisting the passengers and helping them with stowing of their extra luggage (which is always the case) in the overhead bins. The dinner service was on as soon as the plane reached comfortable flight path. The service was quick and tea/ coffee was piping hot. One of the fellow passengers was facing some health issues, during the flight and the cabin crew attended to him very well. She was constantly monitoring him till the time he felt comfortable. Great work.
Flight : The flight was smooth with no air turbulence at all. The Co-pilot was a young lady and she was regularly updating the passengers, on PA system, with confident voice. Hats off to the women power. The touch down was smooth. The baggage arrived in no time.
