Best connection to Dubai…….

Team ACBA reviewed Delhi-Dubai-Delhi sectors of Jet Airways. The Delhi-Dubai flight 9W 588 on 14th March from IGIA T3 terminal, Delhi. The usual great rush of passengers at the check in counters. Many counters were operational and ground staff was attention to the needs of the passengers and other staff was helping passengers with visa verification procedure, before check in. The staff at heck in counters were very quick to issue boarding cards and other necessary formalities. The flight was on time and take off very smooth. Within no minutes water was served to passengers without even asking for it. As soon as the flight was stable the snacks were served. The meal was piping hot and tasty. The cabin crew was very professional & looked after the passengers well, led by Mr. Paras. The touch down at Dubai airport was perfect and on time. Overall a perfect journey from Delhi to Delhi.

Return journey from Dubai to Delhi by 9W 547 on 18th March. The ground staff at the Dubai terminal, Area 2, was exceptionally well versed with passengers handling and expert in listening to passengers needs and preferences.

There was huge rush of passengers for 2 flights from Dubai. One was for Delhi (on time departure) and second one was for Mumbai (delayed). The ground staff handled some agitated passengers of Mumbai flight very well and shared with the reason of delay. Great work. The check in was quick & smooth and flight was on time. The boarding started well in time and plane took off at the right time. The cabin crew was good and dinner was served in no time along with soft/ hard beverages. Handled well , the ever demanding passengers for hard drinks. The landing was perfect and was on before arrival time. Overall a great experience.

Ground Staff: The ground staff T3 Delhi airport is very courteous; prompt and handles the rush of passengers with professional ease and quickly. There are many customer executive around to guide passengers towards their respective check in counters. The ground staff was in full swing to attend to passengers need like special assistance; web check in etc. The duty in charge Ms. Sheetal was going from one counter to another , to ensure that boarding cards are issued well in time, keeping in view the specific requests from the passengers and also interacting with passengers. Great management skills.

Cabin Crew: The cabin crew was perfect and were attending and guiding the passengers well. They were also helping , on their own, the senior citizens and children. Even serve water, before the take off, which is not quite often the case. The breakfast service was smooth and food was tasty. The tea/ coffee was not piping hot . The flight supervisor was personally looking after the passengers and interacting with them.

Flight: the flight was on time and landed at Mumbai, on time. It was smooth flight with very little turbulence. The co-pilot was regularly updating passengers with flight details. The touch down was smooth and taxied to the aero bridge, in no time.

Ground staff: The ground staff at the Mumbai’s T2 terminal has always been a shining example of professionalism; hospitality and looking after the passengers. Despite many counters and many passengers, the JET staff, be it porters; passengers assistants; check in counters personnel’s etc. are always put priority on passengers ease and comfort. The check in was quick and guided us towards the gate. Some passengers were provided porters and wheel chairs, within no time of their request. The Guest relations department, led by Ms. Maya, is one of the best in the country. She is there all the time, looking after the passengers need and helping guest relations. Special mention to Ms. Mansi, for showing great professional commitment, to the passengers, in helping them during their pre boarding queries or requests.

Cabin Crew: The crew, one of the finest led by Ms. Priyanka and others, assisting the passengers and helping them with stowing of their extra luggage (which is always the case) in the overhead bins. The dinner service was on as soon as the plane reached comfortable flight path. The service was quick and tea/ coffee was piping hot. One of the fellow passengers was facing some health issues, during the flight and the cabin crew attended to him very well. She was constantly monitoring him till the time he felt comfortable. Great work.

Flight : The flight was smooth with no air turbulence at all. The Co-pilot was a young lady and she was regularly updating the passengers, on PA system, with confident voice. Hats off to the women power. The touch down was smooth. The baggage arrived in no time.

Excellent cabin crew……….

At the Kolkata airport, the huge rush of passengers, queued up all the counters of all the airlines. The check in counters are in the middle of the airport, hence very convenient for the passengers to locate and above all the ground staff/ guides were strategically located, to guide passengers for their baggage check in and other boarding cards procedures. The Duty manager Mr. Dominic was handling the passengers issues very well was keeping an eye on the check in counters also. The boarding cards were issued in no time and after the security check, the passengers went to assigned boarding gate . The boarding gate changed , at the last moment, to ground floor from upper one, caused some inconvenience to the aged persons. However the boarding completed in time and as soon as the plane reached comfortable height, the seat belt sign turned off and cabin crew started the sale of meals & beverages. The in flight meal menu was perfect and tasty too. The cabin crew led Ms. Prachi, were thorough professionals and looked after the passengers very well. Yours truly saved the airlines property by clicking the photo of life jacket, being slowly pulled out by fellow passengers. The touch down at Delhi airport was perfect despite rain.

Indigo airlines has been providing international level facilities , to its passengers, since long & well connected with major / small towns of India. Its international flight connections are also very popular.

At the Delhi airport, 23 check in counters were operational, manned by very professional staff, assisted by helpers/ porters. Despite long queues, the boarding pass were issued , in no time , without minimum fuss .Overall the ground staff was very courteous and super-fast. The shift was supervised by Mr. Shubroto.

The boarding was on time and well before schedule departure the boarding completed. The cabin crew looked after the passengers well, during the flight. The on board sale of meals started, well in time . The food was delicious and passengers enjoyed meals and other beverages’. The meal service was finished up quickly and immediately collected waste & other throw able items. Overall great and well-tuned cabin crew. The touch down at Kolkata, was well 10 minutes early. The passengers disembarked by aero bridge and baggage arrival was smooth.

Team HCBA reviewed its Delhi-Kolkata-Delhi sectors, on 19th August( Delhi-Kolkata) & 20th August (Kolkata) 2017. The Spicejet team at Delhi airport was very passenger friendly and quick to issue boarding cards, despite long queue of passengers. The cabin crew was very professional and attending to passengers comfort. On time arrival at Kolkata.

Kolkata to Delhi @ Kolkata Airport

During return flight, at Kolkata airport, the ground staff was most un professional in handling the passengers and regulating the boarding gate, which resulted in total chaos at the aero bridge, while boarding the aircraft. However the cabin crew was perfect , in attending the passengers and the touch down at Delhi airport was delayed by 30 minutes due to some technical security reasons.

Overall a satisfying review except chaos at aero bridge due mismanagement of the ground staff.
