I reached Mumbai’s T2, right in time, as there is a new guidelines, for reporting to airport 120 minutes, prior to the departure. The Mumbai’s new & swanky  airport  is a huge one. Jet Airways ground staff   has large no of personals , as there are more than 32 fully operational check in counters, to facilitate the passengers.

Check in was quick. Staff at the Mumbai airport , is probably one of the best. Boarding was on time and was through aero bridge. Aircraft was very clean and the entire crew was in attendance. They started attending to the guests, even before the plane door closed, like giving water etc.

The flight was smooth and entire crew was excellent. The cabin crew incharge, Mr. Rupen & his team members,  were superb and are  a role model, on how to interact with passengers and taking care of their comfort. Food was good, needs some improvement. Probab;y one of the best cabin crew. Touch down was smooth and before time arrival, which is always welcome.

The Guest relation department at the Mumbai airport, led by Ms. Harsha & Ms. Maya, are truly the great asset to the success story of JET.

After landing at the Delhi airport, the  Guest Relations team-Delhi, let by Ms. Harleen and other members,  were in full attendance to attend to the need of passengers and other guests. Great to see such a commitment, of the JET staff, towards the comforts of the passengers.

Jet Airways occupies central spot in the T3 Indira Gandhi International airport, Delhi. The airlines has around 32 counters, to smoothly meet the rush of passengers, which is always there. The staff at check in counters were quick to attend to all passengers, in no time. No complaints from any passengers. Apart from check in counters staff, other staffers in full attendance. The ground staff worked like well oiled machinery and well rehearsed professionals.

 

Boarding started at the right time and passengers were guided to their marked seats , with professional ease and comfort. Water offered, without asking for it. Flight  took off, at the right time and as soon as seat belt sign switched off, the cabin crew, led by very efficient Ms. Priyanka, started breakfast  service. Touch town was perfect and cabin handling was good. Overall best experience. Good professional crew and top class airport service.

It’s the time to review Bangalore-Delhi sector review of Indigo.  The Indigo counters are occupying the centre stage in the Bangalore airport, thanks to its growing popularity among passengers. There were around 15 or so counters, handling passengers, with check in and respective services. The whole operations, were monitored by the seniors officers of the airlines and most heartening to see the security staff was also present.  There were enough  indicator placards, to show the way in for check ; special assistance; premium check in etc.


Good to see a very seasoned professional like Mr. Saptrishi, overseeing the  operations. The boarding was on time and passengers were comfortably placed in their respective seats. Each was greeted by the cabin attendances, with smile and warmth. The water was served , for all the passengers , before the take off.  The take off was smooth and within few minutes into the air, seat belt on sign was switched off. As a set procedures, passengers with pre booked meal were attended first and  later other passengers were attended, for the food & refreshments requirements. It was very professional on  board services and within no time each passenger, was attended. Excellent. The cabin crew was very good and it was good to see, a cabin crew telling a first time passenger, with how to lock/ unlock the lavatory door.


The landing at the Delhi airport was delayed by at least 15/20 minutes, due to VIP air traffic movement.  However the landing was smooth. The passengers were informed about the belt no, for the collection of their baggage, as soon as the aircraft halted. Great coordination.


The lead cabin in charge, Ms. Prajakta, was the perfect example of cabin crew professional expertise and should be considered for international sectors. Great going.

Indigo airlines is the most sought after airlines, due to its on time performance and connectivity with most of the cities in India and some countries abroad. After reviewing many leading airlines of the world, it is the time to review all the  major sectors of Indigo.


There were around 36 counters and all were jam packed and properly handled by , one of the most efficient ground staff. Despite good no of passengers, lined up for their check in, it was very quick and smooth process. There are many automatic web check in and boarding card printing machines were also functional, for the passengers, who are carrying hand bags only . Excellent management.


The boarding was on time and well before the departure time, all passengers were in the aircraft, thanks to well timed operations of each of the unit of Indigo airlines. The passengers were  greeted and guided to their seats, with utmost warmth and care. The plane was piloted by Ms. Divya Dilip. Salute to women power and a motivational factor, for all the young girls to achieve greater professional heights.


The on board refreshment sales was quick and smooth. The cabin crew looked after the passengers, very well.  The lead cabin attendant Ms. Sonal Nair was excellent and leading her team cabin crew was worth praising.  The flight was smooth, comfortable and relaxing. The co-pilot was regularly  updated the passengers, with latest information about the speed, height and time left for destination. The landing was perfect, no jerk or  screeching halt. It was on time arrival at the Bangalore airport.

Team ACBA has been reviewing various sectors of various airlines all over the globe, for the last so many years and promoting and presenting good work done by different airlines and also pointing out grey areas of many airlines.
Team ACBA recently reviewed above listed sectors of ETIHAD and greatly impressed by their services. During our of this airlines, We found that each and every employee is contributing towards the success of this airlines, whether it is porters; ground crew; cabin crew; guest relations team & all other departments. During our interaction, with the randomly selected staffers, with ETIHAD, they all feel proud, to be working with this airlines.
Good to see good, well maintained aircraft’s, like Airbus 321 and Boeing 777 used, for the above listed sectors. The cabins were clean and interiors were excellent. The only thing needs attention,  is to improve in flight entertainment system. The in flight path software needs latest update.
There was clear marking for the passengers, to go in for their check in procedures. The staffers were guiding & greeting them smile. The staff at the check in counters , were also discharging their duties, in the most professional manners, keeping in view the passenger’s request for seat allocations or someone who needs special attention. The Duty managers along with their seniors were present at all the three airports; Delhi,  Abu Dhabi & Doha.

During each sector, the cabin crew did remarkably well. They attended to each and every passenger with ease and smile. They were quick in serving water, as soon as the passengers took their seats. The food service was quick and were regularly asks passengers with their food preferences and drinks, soft or otherwise.

On all the 4 sectors departures and arrivals were on time. The captain; co pilot were constantly on the PA system to apprise the passengers about the flight status and other details, which was quite appreciated by one and all. During Abu Dhabi-Delhi sector, the touchdown/ landing was , one of the most perfect one.

Check in was smooth despite heavy rush, on all the counters. Passengers were guided towards check in counters, with professional expertise and right from porter to, staff at check in counters, to personal manning the boarding. To the cabin crew, each one of them was doing exceptionally good work. No wonder the JET is probably, is India’s best airlines.. The cabin crew was through professional and were taking care of the guests, with utmost respect and care. The cabin supervisor, Ms. Akriti, was superbly managing the entire cabin crew and was personally attended to each passengers. Food was OK , needs more attention towards packaging and the food stuff. The flight landed at Bangalore, right on schedule, with smooth touchdown.

Special mention, for Mr. Rohit Dargan, the manager-guest relations, Ms. Shivalika and others.. for taking care of guests/ passengers. The Delhi Guest Relation Team, is one of the best.

During return journey, although check in was smooth but staff at the check in counters, were confused or may be work load, was taking toll on their efficiency and capability. No senior person was around, to attend to guests, with special requests. Boarding was on time and passengers, were well look after by Cabin supervisor Mr. Ritesh and his team. Hats of to the pilots, who are flying in day in day our, in these monsoon conditions, with utmost professionalism and expertise. Bangalore airport staff of the JET airways, is not up to the mark, lacks professionalism.

The early morning flight was unexpectedly full. There were around 10 counters were in operations and no of staffers were guiding/ helping/ directing passengers, with their check in and issuing of boarding cards. The entire operations were smoothly carried by Mr. Naveen, the duty manager. Vistara airlines is slowly but surely making inroads, into the bastions of other established airlines. They  are expanding their operations, to the most of the Indian cities.

The flight was on time and passengers were directed towards aircraft, through aero bridge. Boarding was complete in no time and cabin crew made sure about the comfort of the passengers and also demonstrated safety measure protocol, with professional expertise.  The cabin crew is becoming more confident, than ever before. Breakfast service served well, led by Ms. Monica, and  tray tables cleared fast. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff at check in counters were quick to attend to all passengers, in no time. No complaints from any passengers. Apart from check in counters staff, other staffers in full attendance, led by Station manager, Mr. Kulkarni, who is the one of the best airline professional I have interacted  with.

Flight  took off, at the right time and as soon as seat belt sign switched off, the cabin crew, led by very efficient Ms. Bindu, started dinner service. Overall best experience. The highlight of this journey was the warm welcome by  Ms. Sheetal & Ms. Priti, from guest relations team, at Delhi airport.  Both are very professional and are quite an asset for JET. Thanks.
