After conquering Indian skies, slowly inching towards becoming an international aviation key player. It was sheer pleasure and great flying experience with INDIGO. Very punctual on time schedule; professional ground staff; quick check in counters; baggage handling very good; boarding procedure smooth; sanitization procedures followed & comfort level for passengers very high. During flight , crew greeted passengers with warmth; helped them in guiding towards seats; stowed their luggages; making sure proper mask wearing; offering water even before take off; food service quick and clearance even more quicker; pilots were thorough professional and take off and touchdown were perfect to the T.
