Ground Staff: As usual there were many counters to facilitate passengers for their respective journeys. There were proper display boards for guiding passengers and the staff, attending the counters, were very quick and greeted passengers with smile and courtesy. Most of the passengers bound for Goa, were holiday makers . There were  proper sections for each class of passengers and the junior  staff was making sure that passengers are attended to properly.  Polite and helpful staff. Tried many times to meet Station Manager at Delhi airport to discuss  the concern of common passengers and ways to boost nearly empty business class but as usual was not available. Must be attending some other important work?

Cabin Crew: The VISTARA crew consists of  newly thoroughly trained and efficient staff along with experienced ones. They were  excellent and guiding each passenger with the courtesy and ease and helping senior citizens and first time flyers in storing baggage in overhead luggage compartments . The flight got delayed by 40 minutes due to some technical problem at the runway. They were quick to provide water to the passengers during this extra ordinary delay and captain was regularly interacting with passengers and was updating them. All the crew members were very good and were in total control of the flight. The in flight meal looked good was very delicious and was enough for one person. Piping hot tea / coffee served within no time and clearing of the food tray was also quick. Thumbs up!

Ground Staff@Ahmedabad airport: One of the best grounf staff. Right from porter to Station Manager, Mr. Sundeep Rajput .Excellent. Each one was doing was duty in great earnest and sincerity and it was evident that they are enjoying job with VISTARA, which is great and healthy sign, for any upcoming organization. Big queues  of passengers were cleared quickly and directed towards security. After the regular security, passengers were directed towards designated gate. At the time of boarding the plane another  surprise security checks were done, right at the entrance of the aircraft. special security staff was polite and seems apologetic about this second check. But I highly recommend this security drill. It is good for everybody.

Cabin crew:  The VISTARA crew is a lesson in courtesy and poise. They interact with passengers, with great comfort and ease. Seen fresh newly recruited and trained air hostess gaining confidence with each flight and in the longer run , I am sure , will prove asset to the  airline management.  .. Food was good and fresh, clean  aircraft and the list goes on. Perfect landing and on time performance. This is one of best cabin crew.  Excellent. Would love to fly with VISTARA again!

Ground Staff: There were many counters  to facilitate passengers for their respective journeys. The staff, attending the counters, were very quick and greeted passengers with smile and courtesy. Their were  proper sections for each class of passengers and the senior staff was making sure that passengers are attended to properly.  Polite and helpful staff.

Cabin Crew: The crew was excellent and guiding each passenger with the courtesy and ease and helping senior citizens and first time flyers in storing baggage in overhead luggage compartments . They were quick to provide water to the passengers , even when boarding process was on. As soon as the boarding completed, they were quick to demonstrate the customary  safety procedures with smartness and elegance and afterwards making sure with seat belts and other measures.. All the crew members were very good and were in total control of the flight. The in flight meal looked good was very delicious and was enough for one person. Piping hot tea / coffee served within no time and clearing of the food tray was also quick. Thumbs up!

I have been a loyal Jet Airways member for the past 8 years. Year after year I have seen their services good to best. Incredible food, efficient cabin crew, clean  aircraft and the list goes on. This particular journey was the best till date. The seat and the leg area was very comfortable. The in flight service was excellent and cabin crew was very attentive and were helping passengers and making them comfortable. Food was good and fresh.  The commander of the aircraft was regularly interacting with the passengers and was updating them about the flight status, whether etc. Good to hear voice of confident pilot, it reassures passengers that they are in safe hands. Perfect landing and on time performance. This is one of best cabin crew. Ground staff at Pune airport was very helpful and the Station manger was marshalling the team members for the smooth and quick allotment of the boarding cards and for their seat preferences etc. Overall great experience

Ground Staff: The Ground staff at  Delhi (Palam) airport was the most amazing lot. They were clearing the long queues of passengers, with clinical precision and ease. Amazing. There were many counters were functioning and passengers were attended to in quick time.
 
Cabin Crew: Excellent communication skills and were greeting each passenger with warm smile. They were helping first timer flyers and elderly people with luggage space and seat guidance. In no time food items were on sale as soon, as seat belt sign went off. They were polite and deserved appreciation!
Overall fantastic experience/

Have flown Jet lot of times across various sectors in India over the past 2-3 months. The check-in process was uneventful and the ground staff was very amiable. Boarding was quite chaotic. Though it was announced that boarding would be sequential this was completely ignored. There were multiple queues converging into one and the ground staff had to literally plead to people to form a single queue. The greeting by the crew was pleasant At all times I have found their service to be good Check-in is smooth all flights with the exception of a couple have kept up to their time schedule in-flight service has been good with hot meals served. All flights had clean interiors and an efficient cabin crew.

I booked a flight on the internet, few hours before the flight and got a very low fare. At the airport took only 4 mins from baggage screening to getting my boarding card quick security check bussed to the plane. Booking tickets on the Internet was a breeze. Seats can be reserved while booking. Check-in swift and efficient handled by staff in ‘elves’ like costumes. Onboard the aircraft was clean and fresh. The seats were cramped. If the seat in front is pushed back fully it would be difficult to read a newspaper.
delhi mumbai As Go Air is a no-frills airline nothing was complementary – not even an inhouse flight magazine. No overhead inflight entertainment system. Some chips and beverages were on sale. FA and announcements by the captain were efficient and friendly.. Food for purchase. GoAir only sells vegetarian food unlike other carriers  which also sells non-veg sandwiches. Food price reasonable and eatables fresh.  Ground staff was excellent. Cabin crew response was swift.

From checked in to the boarding of the Airbus 320, it was an great experience. The check in was smooth. The ground staff greeted each passenger with a warm smile, irrespective of the class they are flying. They took care of each passengers request about seat preference with whatever the resources they have.
bang to delhiOn boarding the plane the cabin crew greeted with smile and escorted passengers to their respective seats. All the passengers were provided cold water bottles. The commander of the flight was in great command during the flight and was interacted with passengers regularly to update them on whether conditions etc. Cabin crew was superb and was at par with international carrier’s crew. Overall a great experience. Vistara is going to rule Indian skies soon! Experience was overall satisfactory, within 20 minutes we reached cruising altitude and immediately snacks and drinks were served. I must say the flight steward looked very smart and chick and looked  motivated. After serving food (good), our plates were collected and overall service was excellent. Service excellent and food is impressive.
vistara delhi to bangThe crew was also polite. Overall experience was pretty good. I would surely recommend this airline. A word about the fround staff at Delhi T3 terminal; They are most efficient and took no time in issuing the boarding cards and attended to passengers need very well.

EMIRATES AIRLINES: Round Trip DELHI-DUBAI-DELHI (11th to 15th May 2015)

I like Emirates Airlines, because they provide many destinations around the world and understand customer situation. Emirates Airlines is one of the best airline companies, I travelled with it several times and my last flight was the last month and I recommend everyone to try it as it is very nice airline and you’ll feel comfort even if you in the economy class.

First starting with the ground staffs who were very helpful, both at New Delhi & Dubai airports, and things got better when I got upgraded to Business class. On board the crew was very nice and so attentive to details. Calling you by name is something that I loved and made me more comfortable on board. The seat that turns into a fully flat bed is something i really needed and enjoyed during the flight.  The food was good and  very well presented plus served with a smile The in flight meals were nice, tasty & up to international standard. The in flight entertainment system was excellent. It was one of the best I have ever seen and I have flown a lot. Baggage handling excellent.
