The ground staff at Delhi & Mumbai airport is doing excellent work and are striving very hard for the comfort for the air travelers. Their main emphasis is  on the quick issuing of the boarding pass and see to it that they are not struck for longer period. Many counters are put up, to ease the long queues, duly taking care of children; senior citizens and travelers require special attention.
The cabin crew during both the flights was excellent. During the takeoff and landing, cabin crews smartly checked passenger’s safety and insured that they are following pre & post landing instructions. Their behavior was cordial but firm. Food service was quick and was attending to various food requests from the passengers.

They all were confident lot and knew how to make passengers feel at home and enjoy the flight. Special thanks to Flight supervisors Mr. Umesh (Delhi-Mumbai) Mr. Porus (Mumbai-Delhi) and their entire crew for superb on board services.

I gave reviewing various sectors of VISTARA, since its its begning. The Ground staff is very help at Delhi airport and were attending to the customers, very well. The queue for check in was cleared in most professional manner, without any complaint/s from any passenger. Flight got delayed by half an hour and we were made to sit in the aircraft, for good 20/25 minutes, waiting from clearance from ATC, for the permission to fly. After getting clearance from the authorities, despite foggy conditions, plane took off smoothly and entire flight time was smooth, without turbulence etc. The in flight service was good but not enough. Food was fresh and even tasty. Cabin crew was excellent and are slowly gaining in confidence, while dealing passengers. I have seen their transformation from nervous initially to the fully confident cabin, over the time Congrats to Team VISTARA

First of all I want to congratulate the Chairman, CEO, management and the entire staff of JET AIRLINES , for earning the trust of air passengers, all across India & other overseas destinations. The success of brand JET AIRWAYS is due to great management; hard work; passengers comfort; on time performance and above all meeting passengers need and comfort. Each employee of the JET AIRWAYS is contributing, towards its success, right from the porter at the airport; ground staff; cabin crew; pilots and person helping passengers at the belt, for collecting check in luggage.

Gone are the days of MAHARAJA or KING of Good times, now is the time of EMPEROR of aviation industry i.e. JET AIRWAYS.

Now let’s talk about my latest experience, with JET Airway’s JET CONNECT.  The passengers get the same treatment; food; and comfort and above all the safety and convenience of passengers, in JET Connect as in JET AIRWAYS.  The ground staff at the Hyderabad airport was excellent and were the epitome of the professional expertise in handling the passengers, during check in process.. Hence check in was smooth. Each and every passenger was happy with the ground staff’’s easy approach and great smile. Great work done by Mr. Abhijit Angolkar, Airport Manager and was ably supported by ever smiling, Mr. Dhiraj Saxena, Guest Relation Supervisor. Kudos to them.

The flight was on time and the experience during the flight was at par with ground staff. As soon as the place reached comfortable height and seat belt switched off, the cabin crew immediately offered water to the passengers. During the food service , each passenger was attended properly. During the flight few passengers were hyper, calling the cabin crew, very often, even then the crew attended them with bright smile and firm dignified manner.  Credit goes to Mr. Atul Mannan, cabin in charge, for excellent in flight service  & supervision , ably supported Mr. Bharat Anand & others.

The commander of the flight was regularly interacted with passengers,. The flight was smooth and touchdown was near perfect.

Overall a great experience to fly with JET AIRWAYS. Will fly again for sure.

I have been regular SpiceJetter for the past 8 years. Year after year I have seen their services good to best. Incredible food, efficient cabin crew, clean  aircraft on time performance and the list goes on. This Kolkata-Delhi journey was the best till date. The seat and the leg area were very comfortable. The in flight service was excellent and cabin crew was very attentive and were helping passengers and making them comfortable. Sold  food was good and fresh.  The commander of the aircraft was regularly interacting with the passengers and was updating them about the flight status, whether etc. Good to hear voice of confident pilot, it reassures passengers that they are in safe hands. Perfect landing and on time performance. This is one of best cabin crew. Ground staff at Kolkata airport was very helpful and the Station manger Mr. Ranvir , was marshalling the team members for the smooth and quick allotment of the boarding cards and for their seat preferences etc. Overall great experience.

Worst Experience.  The flight schedule departure was 7.05 AM but on reaching the airport, we were told that now flight has been reschedule for 9.15 AM. Around  9.30 , were asked to board the plane,  as it now ready for departure. But, we were forced to sit in the aircraft, for another hour, on the pretext that , they were waiting for some more passengers. The cabin crew was rude and could not bother to offer some water. Too bad. Ultimately the plane took off around 12.10 and landed at Kolkata airport, late by around 3 hours. Many passengers missed their connecting flight/ train bookings. Many missed their crucial appointments/ meetings etc.
As a mark of protest, I am not going to write any review of the flight. The top management of AIR INDIA, should look into this matter, very seriously.

Although travelled many times on INDIGO, but first time officially reviewing the INDIGO Airlines. The New Delhi=Mumbai, sector was chosen intentionally as there is lot of flights by various airlines, operating on this sector. I wanted to experience the INDIGO flight experience, to be shared with air travelers all over the globe.
Arrived at check in three hours early and had no checked in baggage so check in was smooth and quick. Boarding was also very quick and professional.  From the ease of web check in to boarding, the IndiGo staff were very friendly. The journey was very comfortable; aircraft relatively new, flight stewardess were very friendly. Flight departure/arrival was on time.
The aircraft were spotlessly clean and even though the seat pitch is average for LCC at 29″, the seats are reasonably comfortable thanks to an intelligent slimline design – others could learn from this. Staff was friendly and professional throughout. In-flight food is purchase only. I would have no hesitation choosing IndiGo next time. A superlative experience.

Of late, getting lot of requests from our Indian & International travelers, to review the SPICEJET airlines and to present & share the true flight experience, first hand.

I took Mumbai-Delhi, flight from Mumbai. The flight got delayed by 40 minutes due some technical reasons and also there was lot of chaos due to cancellation of some other flight of SpiceJet but the Ground staff at the Mumbai-domestic airport, led Ms. Azmat (the duty manager) was managing the entire operations with ease and professional expertise.

                                                                                       

Check in was smooth. The aircraft was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. SpiceJet always focus on  being #1 in terms of on time performance. Excellent behavior of the cabin crew.

 Flight was smooth. The co-pilot was regularly interacted with passengers, through PA system,. The touchdown at Delhi airport perfect and baggage  handling perfect. Overall a great experience.

Emirates- Delhi-Dubai-Delhi

Best  airline Experience
I have just returned to Delhi, from a 4 days  trip to  Dubai, flying Emirates. . The aircraft Boeing 777- 300 was comfortable, lovely food.  The inflight entertainment has a wide array of options (movies, tv series & live news etc.), cabin crew is friendly and helpful. They would not mind giving something extra for the kids after the cabin service. They also have toys and coloring books to keep them occupied.and great inflight  Overall cabin crew were pleasant and attentive. On arrival in Dubai we were met by a representative, fast tracked through security to our luggage and taken to the awaiting taxi. Easy deplaning in Dubai and immigration and baggage claim there efficient.

Cabin Crew were friendly, helpful and professional, with soft drinks and water offered frequently throughout all the flights. Meals were hot & fresh. The seats could be more spacious and comfortable, but in Economy, this is never going to happen – you get what you pay for. Emirates are the best airline I have ever flown with, and live up to the praise and expectations which I had for them, prior to reading awful reviews.

VISTARA:Goa-Delhi

Ground Staff@GOA Airport:

The ground staff at the Goa airport was not upto the mark, set by other VISTARA ground staff  at various airports. They were in holiday mood and were working in a robotic pattern. No smiles, no greetings. I think they were going other airlines way, too soon.  Only one staff was present at Gate H to check boarding card and there was no announcement to board the aircraft as per the normal international set pattern by calling to board according to seat nos. Bad management.

Cabin Crew:  The most of the cabin crew was from ex-pomp & show airline and other budget airlines. They were good, polite and well mannered. The Flight in charge needs some ground training focusing on passengers interaction and helping other crew members. I understand that her  job is to oversee the flight and cater to business class passengers but when there are very few business class passengers she  can help their colleagues. The worst part of this flight was the shortage of veg.  meal and there was resentment among passengers about this.  However after lot of time the cabin crew partially managed the veg. meal.  The meal was pathetic and needs major change in the menu. It was not good for the reputation of the airlines.  Overall bad experience.
