The way VISTARA airlines is providing world class on flight services, wonderful ground services, fabulous food on board, growing connectivity in India & overseas, no wonder it is indeed the new maharaja of the aviation industry.

VISTARA provides top notch flying experience to its guests even in short haul flights , it gives competition to other globally ranked airlines. Many of them  are overrated.  Going by their track record VISTARA can beat the others.

VISTARA has the advantage of great ground staff, which are thorough professionals and courteous. The cabin crew are again very thorough professionals and have a flair for looking after guests’ comfort and needs. They don’t have any stiff neck while serving guests, which is again a plus point and cockpit crew is very professional, easy while talking on PA sharing feedback on flight status, flight path etc and above all the perfect take off and copy book touch down.

The in-flight food quality is superb while the need of the hour is to put more variety in the menu and buns of a more superior bakery. The food service is good and the  tray clearance is also quick and even open for some extra helpings if required. The cabin crew is very sharp and they make mental note of the request made by the passengers and try to attend it during the flight. In fact they are the perfect example of what the cabin crew should be like.

The only drawback is the utter highhandedness of the other supporting staff who are from an outsourced company. They need to trained on certain aspects and one of the most important is guests relation,

Amazing experience, excellent team, extraordinary COVID sanitization procedures, impeccable security measures. The VISTARA staff@Srinagar airport is doing exemplary duties towards customers facilitation in smooth air connections with rest of India from Srinagar. The check in was quick, ground staff very helpful. Smooth security clearance despite large crowd and less counters. Cabin crew very efficient , maintained COVID Shop’s during the flight. No meal was served due to directive from DGCA. Touch down at T3 Delhi was perfect and on time.
Special mention of Mr. Irfaan , the Vistara’s Airport manager for his extraordinary leadership qualities, Team management and above all his interaction with passengers and their well being during this pandemic.

The early morning flight was unexpectedly full. There were around 10 counters were in operations and no of staffers were guiding/ helping/ directing passengers, with their check in and issuing of boarding cards. The entire operations were smoothly carried by Mr. Naveen, the duty manager. Vistara airlines is slowly but surely making inroads, into the bastions of other established airlines. They  are expanding their operations, to the most of the Indian cities.

The flight was on time and passengers were directed towards aircraft, through aero bridge. Boarding was complete in no time and cabin crew made sure about the comfort of the passengers and also demonstrated safety measure protocol, with professional expertise.  The cabin crew is becoming more confident, than ever before. Breakfast service served well, led by Ms. Monica, and  tray tables cleared fast. Overall a pleasant experience.

I gave reviewing various sectors of VISTARA, since its its begning. The Ground staff is very help at Delhi airport and were attending to the customers, very well. The queue for check in was cleared in most professional manner, without any complaint/s from any passenger. Flight got delayed by half an hour and we were made to sit in the aircraft, for good 20/25 minutes, waiting from clearance from ATC, for the permission to fly. After getting clearance from the authorities, despite foggy conditions, plane took off smoothly and entire flight time was smooth, without turbulence etc. The in flight service was good but not enough. Food was fresh and even tasty. Cabin crew was excellent and are slowly gaining in confidence, while dealing passengers. I have seen their transformation from nervous initially to the fully confident cabin, over the time Congrats to Team VISTARA

Ground Staff@GOA Airport:

The ground staff at the Goa airport was not upto the mark, set by other VISTARA ground staff  at various airports. They were in holiday mood and were working in a robotic pattern. No smiles, no greetings. I think they were going other airlines way, too soon.  Only one staff was present at Gate H to check boarding card and there was no announcement to board the aircraft as per the normal international set pattern by calling to board according to seat nos. Bad management.

Cabin Crew:  The most of the cabin crew was from ex-pomp & show airline and other budget airlines. They were good, polite and well mannered. The Flight in charge needs some ground training focusing on passengers interaction and helping other crew members. I understand that her  job is to oversee the flight and cater to business class passengers but when there are very few business class passengers she  can help their colleagues. The worst part of this flight was the shortage of veg.  meal and there was resentment among passengers about this.  However after lot of time the cabin crew partially managed the veg. meal.  The meal was pathetic and needs major change in the menu. It was not good for the reputation of the airlines.  Overall bad experience.

Ground Staff: As usual there were many counters to facilitate passengers for their respective journeys. There were proper display boards for guiding passengers and the staff, attending the counters, were very quick and greeted passengers with smile and courtesy. Most of the passengers bound for Goa, were holiday makers . There were  proper sections for each class of passengers and the junior  staff was making sure that passengers are attended to properly.  Polite and helpful staff. Tried many times to meet Station Manager at Delhi airport to discuss  the concern of common passengers and ways to boost nearly empty business class but as usual was not available. Must be attending some other important work?

Cabin Crew: The VISTARA crew consists of  newly thoroughly trained and efficient staff along with experienced ones. They were  excellent and guiding each passenger with the courtesy and ease and helping senior citizens and first time flyers in storing baggage in overhead luggage compartments . The flight got delayed by 40 minutes due to some technical problem at the runway. They were quick to provide water to the passengers during this extra ordinary delay and captain was regularly interacting with passengers and was updating them. All the crew members were very good and were in total control of the flight. The in flight meal looked good was very delicious and was enough for one person. Piping hot tea / coffee served within no time and clearing of the food tray was also quick. Thumbs up!

Ground Staff@Ahmedabad airport: One of the best grounf staff. Right from porter to Station Manager, Mr. Sundeep Rajput .Excellent. Each one was doing was duty in great earnest and sincerity and it was evident that they are enjoying job with VISTARA, which is great and healthy sign, for any upcoming organization. Big queues  of passengers were cleared quickly and directed towards security. After the regular security, passengers were directed towards designated gate. At the time of boarding the plane another  surprise security checks were done, right at the entrance of the aircraft. special security staff was polite and seems apologetic about this second check. But I highly recommend this security drill. It is good for everybody.

Cabin crew:  The VISTARA crew is a lesson in courtesy and poise. They interact with passengers, with great comfort and ease. Seen fresh newly recruited and trained air hostess gaining confidence with each flight and in the longer run , I am sure , will prove asset to the  airline management.  .. Food was good and fresh, clean  aircraft and the list goes on. Perfect landing and on time performance. This is one of best cabin crew.  Excellent. Would love to fly with VISTARA again!

From checked in to the boarding of the Airbus 320, it was an great experience. The check in was smooth. The ground staff greeted each passenger with a warm smile, irrespective of the class they are flying. They took care of each passengers request about seat preference with whatever the resources they have.
bang to delhiOn boarding the plane the cabin crew greeted with smile and escorted passengers to their respective seats. All the passengers were provided cold water bottles. The commander of the flight was in great command during the flight and was interacted with passengers regularly to update them on whether conditions etc. Cabin crew was superb and was at par with international carrier’s crew. Overall a great experience. Vistara is going to rule Indian skies soon!
